A business mentor = your secret to success

The Harrow in Business Mentoring Programme offers a holistic approach to business support to assist the owner manager that will not purely focus on one dimension of the business such as marketing or finance. Businesses will be able to access:-

- An individually assigned business mentor

- Business networking – opportunities for peer meetings, bespoke learning and knowledge sharing and the chance for business to business contacts

What is Business Mentoring?

Mentoring is a form of consulting. Like a consultant, a mentor helps you, specifically in relation to your business, to: Solve problems; Reach your goals; Design a plan of action and make decisions.

However, in addition to the above, your mentor will guide you to:Implement your plan of action; work through any obstacles; Keep looking ahead to take advantage of opportunities; Bring out your personal best and keep focused on your vision and goals

Your mentor will hold you accountable for your goals, to make sure you live up to your potential.
