NVQ Level 2 Customer Service

This course will help you develop essential interpersonal skills needed when working within a customer service environment.

By gaining a nationally-recognised Level 2 Customer Service qualification, the programme will not only develop your ability to work more effectively, it will also enhance your career progression opportunities.

Suitable for you

  • If you are working in a customer facing role, no matter which sector, this course will benefit you.
  • If you do not already hold a Level 2 qualification and are employed/self-employed and over 19 years of age this programme is available to you FREE of charge.

Programme structure

  • The programme involves 2 mandatory and 5 optional units.

  • There is no final exam.
